TCL Builders Limited was incorporated in 2022 but has been around since 2012 as Tudor Contractors.
We are a Hawke’s Bay owned company, with our offices and yard in Hastings, offering build, design, renovation, extension and project management services region wide.
Quality and Compliance
TCL Builders has a comprehensive quality control programme which focuses on continuous improvement and the pursuit of the highest level of customer service.
The programme includes a pre-construction review process to identify and address any design aspects which pose a potential quality risk as well as regular quality audits for all trades throughout the project.
This process is designed to ensure minimal quality issues at completion however our well defined and systematic approach to identifying and rectifying these issues ensuring our clients remain well informed and with an end product of superior quality.
Health and Safety
TCL Builders Limited places great importance on health, safety, and wellbeing, professionalism, duty of care, and responsibility.
The company is actively involved in the industry’s development through its Directors’ direct involvement. We have a great health and safety record and culture, conducting regular programs and initiatives to keep it at the forefront of our team’s minds.
The project site teams complete weekly health and safety audits, and TCL Builders Senior Management completes 9-10 site audits per month.
We manage risks to identify negative impacts on our business and key interested parties, and we encourage worker participation, engagement, and representation in health and safety matters through various meetings and discussions.
